What JejakPaket does, step by step

Scan the resi (the shipping waybill), photograph the parcel, record the handover. Everything named below already runs in the app or in the console today. What does not run is not on this page.

Four steps, from the scan to the PDF

  1. Before packing

Scan the resi and the courier reads itself

Point your phone camera at the resi barcode. The courier is read from the leading digits: JNE, J&T, SiCepat. If the barcode is damaged, type the number in by hand.

    • Courier read from the leading digits
    • Barcode damaged? Type it in
    • Point your phone camera at the barcode
  2. While packing

Photos of the contents and the outside are required

At least one photo per parcel, and the number of koli (the boxes that make up the shipment) is recorded. While the photos are incomplete the parcel is held back and cannot sync, so nothing gets through without evidence.

    • Number of koli recorded
    • No photo = cannot be saved
    • At least one photo per parcel
  3. At dropping

Record the handover to the courier

Gather the resi that are ready to ship, then take a video or a photo as you hand the parcels over. Sellers call this step dropping, and it is what stops a "the parcel never arrived" claim.

    • Video or photo at the handover
    • Gather the resi that are ready first
  4. When a claim lands

The marketplace asks, you download the PDF

Open the resi and export it as a stamped PDF: resi number, courier, the time it was recorded, your note, and every photo of the koli. One file, ready to upload.

    • TERLACAK stamp on every page
    • Resi number and courier
    • Every photo of the koli, one file

What keeps the evidence from being half-finished

You cannot forget a photo

At least one photo per parcel, and sync waits until they are all there. A resi still missing its photo gets its own banner, so you can fix it before it slips past.

A repeated resi is caught

A resi that has been scanned before sets off a "SCAN KE-2" alert and the phone buzzes. No embarrassing double shipments.

The courier comes from the resi number

The leading digits are read automatically: JNE, J&T, SiCepat and others, so the courier field needs no typing. Barcode damaged? Type the resi in by hand.

A stamped PDF, not a folder of photos

One stamped file: resi number, courier, the time it was recorded, your note, and every photo of the koli. Upload it to the marketplace dashboard as it is.

Handovers and returns are recorded

Video or a photo as you hand the parcel to the courier, and an unboxing video when a parcel comes back as a retur (a returned parcel), with its reason alongside it.

For a warehouse team

Owner, Admin and Operator each have their own access, and every piece of evidence shows which operator captured it. Available on Pro Team and above.

When the marketplace asks

Everything you recorded while packing is already attached to that resi. Open the resi, export the PDF, send it. No digging through the gallery at midnight.

One file, not a folder of photos

Resi number, courier, the time it was recorded, your note, and every photo of the koli, in one stamped PDF that is ready to upload.

Forced to be complete while packing

At least one photo per koli, and sync waits until they are all there. Half-finished evidence never reaches the history.

A double scan shows up straight away

Scanning the same resi twice sets off a "SCAN KE-2" alert and the phone buzzes, so one parcel does not go out twice.

The web console and marketplace shops

Orders from a connected shop arrive in the list on their own. Once the resi on the parcel is scanned with the phone, the order is matched and its status moves by itself, so you can see which orders have evidence behind them and which are still waiting to be packed.

The console comes with every paid plan, at paket.jeejak.id. Shops you can connect today: Shopee and TikTok Shop. The Toko page has an illustrated walkthrough for linking the account. Other marketplaces follow, and you can still pack without connecting a shop at all.

Prices are on the plan list. Want to install it now? See the download page. A technical question has usually been answered in theHelp Center.
