Point your phone camera at the resi barcode. The courier is read from the leading digits: JNE, J&T, SiCepat. If the barcode is damaged, type the number in by hand.

Photos of the contents and the outside are required
At least one photo per parcel, and the number of koli (the boxes that make up the shipment) is recorded. While the photos are incomplete the parcel is held back and cannot sync, so nothing gets through without evidence.

Gather the resi that are ready to ship, then take a video or a photo as you hand the parcels over. Sellers call this step dropping, and it is what stops a "the parcel never arrived" claim.

Orders from a connected shop arrive in the list on their own. Once the resi on the parcel is scanned with the phone, the order is matched and its status moves by itself, so you can see which orders have evidence behind them and which are still waiting to be packed.
The view changes on its own. Hover, focus, or pick a tab to stay on one of them. The tab names, and Toko in the line below, are the console's own page names, left in Indonesian as these screenshots show them. In the console itself the menus now read in English, though its pages are still Indonesian.
The console comes with every paid plan, at paket.jeejak.id. Shops you can connect today: Shopee and TikTok Shop. The Toko page has an illustrated walkthrough for linking the account. Other marketplaces follow, and you can still pack without connecting a shop at all.
What people usually ask, including the answers you will not enjoy.
- Is it fiddly? I pack on my own.
- The flow runs in order by itself: scan the resi, and the camera asks for the koli photo straight away. There is no form to fill in later, because later never happens.
- Do I have to connect a marketplace account first?
- No. The app works from the resi in your hand. Shop integration and the web console are at paket.jeejak.id for subscribers, and neither is needed to start.
- If I lose my phone, do I lose the evidence?
- On Free, yes. The photos and videos never leave your phone, and that is the privacy promise. If evidence from last year still has to be openable, that is the reason to move to a plan with sync.
- Can your server see my parcel photos?
- On Free, no. The photos and videos never leave your phone. On a paid plan, plainly: your photos and videos are stored on our server, because that is what makes them openable from another device and from the console. What we do not do is use them for anything outside your account.
- Will the marketplace accept the PDF?
- We cannot promise how a case will be decided, because that is theirs to decide. What we can promise: one tidy file holding the resi number, the courier, one capture time for that resi, your note, and every photo of the koli, instead of loose images you have to explain one by one.
- If I stop paying, does my old evidence disappear?
- What is on the phone stays on the phone. What stops is sync and new capacity, not the history you have already built up.
