Refund Policy

In effect since [KONFIRMASI: tanggal berlaku] · Version 0.1 · Data controller: CV. Adisatya IT Consultant, Kediri, Indonesia

[KONFIRMASI: kalimat "versi Bahasa Indonesia yang mengikat", ditulis owner dan ditinjau penasihat hukum (Plan 0003 D1, §7 Q4)]

This page is still a draft. Two things are not settled: the refund policy itself, which is the owner's decision to make, and legal review of the wording. What is certain below is how the payment system behaves today, and that is written here as it is. Question about one invoice? halo@jeejak.id.

Jeejak is paid once per period, monthly or yearly. There is no recurring billing, so there is nothing you have to switch off to stop your card or bank account from being charged again. The plan and payment rules are in the Terms & Conditions; this page is only about money that has already arrived.

What we cannot promise yet. Our system has no refund button. When money needs to go back, we do it one case at a time on the payment provider's side, and we decide case by case. So this page carries no "money back within so many days" window and no pro-rata calculation: neither exists yet, as a decision or as code, and writing one here would leave you waiting for something we do not do.

1. What you are paying for

  • One payment covers one period, and the period is counted from the moment your payment lands, not from the moment you opened the payment page.
  • Nothing renews automatically. If a period ends and you have not renewed, your account falls back to the Free plan on its own.
  • The price that applies is the price shown when you pay.
  • Enterprise and custom pricing are agreed separately with our team, refunds included.

2. If a payment fails, expires, or is canceled

The payment page we open for you is good for 24 hours. After that the link stops working and you start a new payment.

  • The payment fails: the invoice is marked failed, the plan does not start, and nothing is charged. There is nothing to send back, because nothing arrived.
  • The invoice expires or is canceled: same thing, the invoice closes unpaid.
  • A voucher you used on that invoice comes back and you can use it again on the next payment.
  • The amount the payment provider reports does not match the invoice: we refuse it and the plan does not start. If your money did leave your account in that situation, that is section 6.

3. If you stop mid-period

You can stop your subscription yourself, from the app or from the console, and only the account owner can do it. The default is stop at the end of the period: your paid access keeps running until the period you already paid for runs out, then the account falls back to the Free plan.

The remainder of the period is not recalculated and not paid back. Stopping on day 3 of a month you have paid for does not turn the other 27 days into money. What you keep is the days, not the cash.

A complimentary plan, or one we switched on by hand, cannot be stopped from the account page; contact us and we will sort it out.

4. If you switch plans mid-period

Paying for another plan starts a new period from the moment that payment lands, and the period that was running ends right there. Days left on the old plan are not added to the new period and are not paid back as money. A voucher works the same way: it replaces the running period rather than extending it.

That is why moving between paid plans mid-period is not something you can do on your own yet. Contact us first at halo@jeejak.id before you pay, so the move does not cost you days you have already paid for.

5. Top-ups

A top-up is a consumable balance: extra resi (the shipping waybill) quota, storage, video minutes, or import files. Once the balance is in your account, we do not send the money back. A balance you have not spent stays in your account and, as of today, has no expiry date, so it gets used over time rather than lost. If we ever put a deadline on it, this page changes first.

If your top-up payment went through but the balance did not arrive, that is not a policy question, it is our mistake. See section 6.

6. If the mistake is ours

By our mistake we mean, for example:

  • one invoice paid twice;
  • your payment went through but the plan or the balance did not start;
  • you were charged for something you did not buy.

What we can do ourselves, without waiting for the payment provider, is switch the plan on by hand to match what you paid. That is the fastest route and it is usually the one we offer first.

Beyond that, what decides the answer is what you did not get.

  • Money back, when you did not get what you paid for. An invoice paid twice comes back in full, whenever the extra payment is found, by you or by us. If you paid for a period and its paid features never became usable, that comes back too.
  • A longer period, when the service was degraded. For an outage, or for data lost because of us, what you get is added time on your plan rather than money. We do that extension in our own system, so it does not wait on the payment provider.
  • A replacement balance is never the answer. A top-up balance can only arrive through a top-up payment that has settled, so putting one in by hand is not something our system can do. If a balance you paid for did not arrive, the answer is money back.

Money going back to the original payment method is a different thing: it is done by hand on the payment provider's side, not by our system, so how long it takes is not ours to decide and we state no timeframe here.

7. Buying through an app store

Today there is only one way to buy Jeejak: the payment page opened from the app or from the console, processed by Xendit, with Midtrans as the fallback. This page governs that route.

Buying through the App Store or Google Play is not available. If we open those later, a purchase made in a store does not follow this page: Apple or Google decides the refund and you ask them for it, not us, and a subscription Apple bills is also stopped in Apple's settings rather than in our app. All we do on our side is follow their decision: if the payment is reversed, the paid access ends and we mark the invoice refunded.

8. When a subscription ends, your data stays

When your paid period runs out, is stopped, or is not renewed, your account falls back to the Free plan. What stops is new syncing and new uploads; evidence that has already synced stays on our server and stays visible in the console.

Your data is deleted from our server only if you delete your account, and that is a separate route with a 30-day deadline. The details are in the Privacy Policy. Ending a subscription is not a deletion.

9. How to ask

Send an email to halo@jeejak.id with:

  • the email address or WhatsApp number registered on your account;
  • the number and date of the invoice. Your invoice list is in the console, on the Settings page;
  • what happened, as briefly as you can put it.

We answer on the same email thread. We state no turnaround on this page, because the work is manual and part of it happens at the payment provider.

10. Changes to this page

The effective date and version number above mark the latest revision. Once the refund policy is decided, this page changes and the [KONFIRMASI] markers above go away. Changes that work against paying users are announced in advance, as the Terms & Conditions say.
