Invite a team member

The team feature starts at the Pro Team plan. Only the Owner can invite.

Roles

• Owner: manages the subscription and payment, plus everything an Admin can do.
• Admin: manages shops, marketplace integrations, and team members.
• Operator: sees and works through orders. An Operator cannot open Connected shops, Analytics, Team & roles, Dispute helper, or Settings.

Inviting from the console

1. In the paket.jeejak.id console, open Team & roles.
2. Click + Invite member.
3. Fill in Email, pick a Role (Operator or Admin), then click Kirim undangan.
4. The invitation sits in the Pending list until it is accepted. An invitation link is valid for 7 days. To withdraw it, click Hapus.

The Owner can also invite from the app, through Tim & Roles.

Accepting an invitation

1. The team member opens the link from the email, fills in Nama tampilan, then creates a password.
2. They click Gabung tim.
3. In the phone app, they sign in through Masuk dengan email with that email and password.

Worth knowing

• The email address you invite must not already be registered with Jeejak.
• Invitations are sent by email.
