Quota top-ups

Add resi, storage, video minutes or import files without changing plan. Paid once, and they do not expire.

If your plan’s quota is running low, you can buy a top-up without moving up a plan. A top-up is paid once and does not expire.

There are four kinds: extra resi, storage, video minutes, and import files. What each one holds, and what it costs, is on the pricing page.

How to buy

  1. In the app, open the Akun tab, then tap Lihat Detail Plan on the PLAN KAMU card.
  2. Scroll to Top-up packs, then tap Beli on the one you want.
  3. Finish the payment the same way as an upgrade. How to do it is in How to pay and where to find your payment history.

Worth knowing

  • A top-up needs a paid plan. On the Free plan this section is locked.
  • Top-ups can only be bought from the phone app so far, not from the console.
