Connect a Shopee shop

From the Pro Lite plan you can connect a Shopee shop to the console. After that, orders are pulled in automatically. Only the Owner and an Admin can manage shops. Pro Lite covers one shop, and Pro and above can do more.

The steps

1. In the paket.jeejak.id console, open Connected shops.
2. On the Shopee card, click Hubungkan Shopee. If this is your first time, open Cara menghubungkan for the illustrated walkthrough.
3. Click Lanjut ke Shopee, then sign in with your shop account.
4. Enter the verification code from Shopee.
5. Click Confirm Authorization. You come back to the console and see Toko berhasil dihubungkan.

Once it is connected

• The shop appears under Toko aktif with its name.
• Orders are pulled in on a schedule. The shop card shows how often, and when it last succeeded. Want them now? Click Sync sekarang.
• Orders ready to pack appear in the list of unshipped orders.

Disconnecting

Click Putus, then pick one:

• Putus, simpan order: syncing stops and the old orders are kept. You can use Hubungkan lagi later.
• Hapus + order: the shop and all of its orders are removed from this account.

A shop that was only disconnected is still recorded against your account, so it cannot yet be connected to a different Jeejak account. See The shop is already connected to another account.
