JejakPaket does not connect directly to a marketplace’s appeal page. You prepare the evidence files here, then attach them yourself on Shopee or TikTok.

A PDF from the phone app

Bantuan sengketa: a full PDF with the dispute kind and your note. How to do it is in How to build a dispute evidence PDF.
Order detail: open the Pesanan tab, pick the order, then tap Ekspor PDF or WhatsApp. This PDF holds the packing evidence, without the dispute kind or the note.

Both open the phone’s share sheet. Save the file first, then attach it from there.

Photos and videos

The phone app cannot share a single photo or video yet. So that you can attach the original file, turn on Simpan ke galeri in the Akun tab before you record. Evidence photos and videos from then on also go into the phone’s gallery.
In the paket.jeejak.id console (paid plans), open Drop evidence or a session detail, then click Download foto or Download video.

A PDF from the console

On a paid plan, the Dispute helper menu builds a PDF from resi that have been dropped. The PDF opens in a new tab, or downloads straight away if the browser blocks pop-ups.
