When a buyer complains, the marketplace usually asks the seller for evidence. JejakPaket can put the packing evidence for one order into a single PDF.

From the phone app

Available on every plan, Free included.

Open the Akun tab, then Bantuan & tentang, then Bantuan sengketa.
Pick the order you want to prove, then tap Lanjut. Only parcels with the status Diserahkan, Selesai or Retur appear here.
Pick the kind of dispute: Tidak diterima, Barang rusak, Salah barang, or Lainnya.
Fill in Catatan tambahan with your side of the story. The note is printed on page 1 of the PDF. Tap Susun PDF.
Tap Buat PDF bukti. Once the PDF is ready, the phone’s share sheet opens. Save it to a file or send it through another app.

From the paket.jeejak.id console

For paid plans, Owner and Admin only.

In the Team & tools menu, open Dispute helper.
Pick the resi. Only parcels already dropped with the courier appear.
Pick the kind of dispute, fill in Catatan, then click Lanjut.
Click Buat PDF bukti. The PDF opens in a new tab. If the browser blocks pop-ups, it downloads instead.

The console uses only photos that have already been uploaded from a phone.

What is in the PDF

Every evidence PDF holds:

The resi number and courier, plus the marketplace and recipient where that data exists.
When the evidence was recorded.
The kind of dispute and your note.
Packing photos, plus the handover and courier-receipt photos if you recorded them.

The contents differ slightly depending on where the PDF is built:

Free plan (built on the phone): full order detail (order number, address, products, total) where that data exists, and every photo stamped “TERLACAK · JEJAKPAKET”. All the photos sit in one group.
Paid plans and the console (built on the server): handover and courier-receipt photos get their own section. If the server cannot be reached, the app builds the PDF on the phone.

Videos do not go into the PDF. If the marketplace asks for the handover video, attach the video file yourself.
