Reminders for parcels not yet dropped

An 08.00 notification when a parcel has been packed but not handed to the courier.

JejakPaket can remind you when a parcel has been packed but not yet handed to the courier.

How it works

  • The reminder arrives at 08.00, and only when a parcel has been packed for longer than the limit you chose.
  • It carries the number of parcels only, with no resi number and no buyer name. Tap the notification to go straight to Dropping.
  • If Mode senyap (quiet mode) is on at that hour, the reminder is sent once quiet mode ends.

Turning it on

  1. After your first packing session is saved, the app asks Ingatkan paket yang belum di-drop? Tap Izinkan.
  2. If you picked Nanti saja then, open the Akun tab, then Notifikasi, and tap Izinkan notifikasi.

Setting the limit

Under Akun, then Notifikasi, in the Ingatkan setelah section, pick 12 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours. The default is 24 hours. The 08.00 time cannot be changed yet.

Turning it off

Under Akun, then Notifikasi, turn off Notifikasi App. That also turns off new-order notifications, because there is no separate switch for the drop reminder yet.
