Handing parcels to the courier

Once a parcel is packed, record the moment you hand it to the courier. A recorded parcel changes status to Diserahkan.

The steps

1. Tap the round scan button at the bottom centre, then pick Dropping ke Kurir.
2. Under Kurir menunggu, tap a courier’s name to add all of its parcels at once. Parcels with no courier name yet are gathered under Kurir lain.
3. Want to pick them one by one? Use Scan untuk cocokkan, Pilih dari Packing, or Manual.
4. Check the list in Antrian serah-terima, then tap Ambil foto serah-terima (or Rekam serah-terima if you chose video).
5. Tap Ya, lanjut, then take the photo or record the video as the parcels change hands. How to do it is in Handover photos and the courier receipt.

Worth knowing

• Only a packed parcel can be dropped. If a resi has not been packed, the app asks you to pack it first.
• If the camera is closed before the photo or video is taken, the handover is not saved.
• One list may hold more than one courier. The app will ask you to confirm that all of them really were handed over at that spot.
• The WhatsApp icon at the top of the screen shares the list of resi and couriers as text, without photos.
