Handover photos and the courier receipt

At dropping (handing the parcels to the courier) you record one piece of evidence for everything handed over together.

A photo or a video of the stack

On the Bukti serah-terima card, pick Foto or Video.

• Foto: take 1 photo of the stack of parcels as it goes to the courier.
• Video: record without stopping, from handing the parcels over to the courier taking them.

This evidence is required. One photo or video covers every resi in that list.

A photo of the receipt

After that the app asks Foto tanda terima kurir? If the courier gives you a receipt, tap Foto tanda terima. If there is none, tap Lewati.

Where the evidence shows up

• The paket.jeejak.id console (paid plans): the Drop evidence menu shows handover photos and videos, and you can download them.
• The dispute evidence PDF: handover and receipt photos go in. A PDF built on the server gives each of them its own section, while a PDF built on the phone puts them with the packing photos.
• Videos do not go into the PDF.
