Create an account and sign in

The Free plan works without an account. An account is needed for paid plans, sync, and the console. The account is the same in the app and in the console, so you sign in the same way in both.

In the phone app

1. Open the Akun tab, then tap Masuk untuk backup & notif.
2. Pick one of the sign-in options on the screen, for example Masuk dengan Google or Masuk dengan email.
3. For email, enter your email and password, then tap Masuk.

In the paket.jeejak.id console

1. Open paket.jeejak.id.
2. Sign in with a Google account, or fill in Email and Password and click Masuk.
3. No account yet? Click Belum punya akun? Daftar gratis.

Forgotten password

Tap Lupa password? on the email sign-in screen, then follow the instructions sent to your email.

Worth knowing

• One email address works with one sign-in method only. If your email has already been used to sign in with Google, sign in with Google again.
• The sign-in options can change. Use whichever appears on the screen.
• An account on the Free plan does not get cloud backup of your evidence. Backup starts at Pro Lite.
