What you can use on the Free plan, and which features need Pro Lite, Pro, or Pro Team.

The Free plan
- Scan packing, photos, courier handover, recording a retur, and importing an order file.
- Dispute evidence PDF from the phone app.
- Everything is stored on your phone only, on one device, with no cloud backup.
From Pro Lite
- Sync evidence to the cloud, and use more than one phone.
- The paket.jeejak.id console: orders, evidence, analytics, and the evidence PDF from the console.
- Connect a Shopee or TikTok Shop account. Pro Lite covers one shop, Pro and above can do more.
- Buy quota top-ups from the app.
From Pro Team
- Invite team members as Admin or Operator. How to do it is in Invite a team member.
When a paid plan ends
Plans do not renew automatically. When the period runs out, the account drops to Free. Sync and the console stop, but the data on the phone stays and the data in the cloud is not deleted. How to renew is in How to pay and where to find your payment history.
