Install the app and start without signing up

JejakPaket is on Android through Google Play and on iPhone through the App Store. Both are free to install.

Install and open

1. Open JejakPaket in your phone’s app store: Google Play on Android, or the App Store on an iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap the install button. On Google Play it reads Instal.
3. Open the app. There is a short 4-step tour: Scan Packing, Dropping ke kurir, Catat retur, and Mulai gratis. Tap Lanjut to move on, or Lewati if you already know.
4. On the last step, tap Mulai pakai aplikasi. You land straight on Beranda, with no sign-up and no login.
5. A Cara pakai aplikasi walkthrough appears once. To see it again, open the Akun tab, then Bantuan & tentang, then Cara pakai aplikasi.

Your first packing session

1. On Beranda, tap Buka kamera on the “Mulai packing sekarang” card. You can also use the round scan button at the bottom centre and pick Scan Packing.
2. The first time the camera opens, the phone asks for camera permission. Allow it. If you already refused, the app shows a Buka Pengaturan button to turn it back on.

Notification permission is only asked for after your first packing session is saved. It is there to remind you about parcels not yet dropped with the courier. You can pick Nanti saja.

No account, so where is the data?

On the Free plan all evidence is stored on your phone only. The monthly resi limit for each plan is on the pricing page. If you need sync to the console or cloud backup, you need an account and a paid plan. How to do it is in How to upgrade your plan.
