Packing & scanning the resi

Import orders from a Shopee or TikTok file

Import an order export (XLSX) or a shipping label (PDF) so your resi carry the order data with them.

  • Phone app

An import fills order data, such as the order number and the recipient, onto your resi. A resi that has never been scanned is created, and a resi already scanned has its data filled in.

From an XLSX file

  1. Export your orders from Shopee Seller Centre or TikTok Seller Center as an Excel file.
  2. In the app, open Beranda and tap Import.
  3. Pick Dari XLSX, then pick the file.
  4. Check the summary: how many resi are ready to import and how many are skipped because they already exist. Tap Impor Sekarang.

From a shipping label PDF

  1. In Beranda, tap Import, then pick Dari PDF. One file holds one resi.
  2. Check the Resi, Penerima, No. Pesanan and Marketplace fields. Correct them if you need to, then tap Simpan.

If it fails

  • Format XLSX tidak dikenali (the XLSX format was not recognised): export the file again from Seller Center and try once more.
  • Tidak menemukan nomor resi pada PDF (no resi number found in the PDF): scan or type the resi directly while packing.

Worth knowing

  • One import has a cap on how many resi it takes. If the file is longer, import the same file again for the rest. Resi already in will be skipped.
  • A new resi from an import counts towards the monthly resi limit. A resi that only had its data filled in does not.
