Scanning the resi while packing

The steps

1. Tap the round scan button at the bottom centre, then pick Scan Packing.
2. Point the camera at the resi barcode. The camera stays on, so you can scan one resi after another.
3. As soon as a resi is read, tap Terima to keep it, or Tolak if it was a mis-scan.
4. Fill in Berapa Koli? with the number of physical boxes, then tap Simpan & Lanjut.
5. Take at least 1 photo of the parcel. How to do it is in Photos that make strong evidence.
6. Once every resi is done, tap Simpan ke Riwayat.

Barcode will not read?

Tap Manual, type the resi number, then tap Tambah. A typed resi is checked the same way as a scanned one. If the light is poor, turn on Flash.

Worth knowing

• The courier is guessed from the pattern of the resi number. If the resi came from an imported file, the courier in that file is used instead.
• A packing session is created automatically when you accept the first resi. If you open a new session, the previous one closes by itself.
• The Free plan has a monthly resi limit. The limit on each plan is on the pricing page.
