Packing & scanning the resi
Photos that make strong evidence
Every resi needs at least 1 photo. Here is what to photograph while packing, and how to keep a copy in the gallery.
- Phone app
A photo taken while packing is evidence of what condition the goods were in before shipping. If a complaint about damage or a wrong item comes later, this photo is what decides it.
The rules
- Every resi needs at least 1 photo. A packing session cannot be saved while a resi still has none.
- There is no limit on how many photos. Tap Foto Lagi to add another, then Selesai when you have enough.
- The app uses your phone’s own camera.
- Packing records photos only. Video belongs to the courier handover and to recording a retur.
What to photograph
- The contents before sealing, so the goods can be seen to match the order.
- The outer packaging after sealing.
- The resi label, clearly readable.
Adding or removing photos
While the packing session is still open, tap the resi row, then pick Tambah foto or Lihat foto. A deleted photo is gone from the phone for good.
Keep a copy in the gallery
Photos are stored inside the app, not in the phone’s gallery. If you want a copy in the gallery, open the Akun tab and turn on Simpan ke galeri. The setting also applies to handover videos and retur videos recorded afterwards.
